Is it just me or is anyone else starting to feel that rather than the traditional good-cop-bad-cop diplomatic routine as favoured by P. M. Blair and T. Ahern (used to secure the Good Friday Agreement) Laurel and Hardy diplomacy is now the norm? i. e. Stormontgate, Castlereagh, Northern Bank etc.
